Definitely will come back
I love the pho (noodle soup) that meets banh mi (bread). The food is delicious. Beef is tender and broth is sweet

I stopped by the new Pho and Banh Mi shop on their first day of soft opening and left absolutely delighted! I tried two staples: the Beef Pho and the Roasted Pork Banh Mi - both were truly delicious.
There was a bit of a wait for the food but honestly that’s totally understandable during a soft opening. The staff were still finding their rhythm and the quality of the food made the small delay completely worthwhile.
This place has massive potential. The chefs clearly know what they’re doing! I’ll definitely be going back once they’re fully open to explore the rest of the menu. Highly recommend checking them out!

Yet to try a Banh Mi, however I did try the beef pho with the lot and my partner had the chicken pho. Both were delicious and full of flavour.
Very friendly staff and comfortable place to dine in.

Yesterday my husband and I tried this new Vietnamese restaurant in Carnegie, and we were really impressed. The beef brisket was thick, juicy, and super flavorful-definitely recommended. We also had the crispy pork banh mi, and it was the highlight for me. The sauce is unique and unlike any other banh mi sauce I’ve tried in Melbourne. It has officially become one of my favorite banh mi in Melbourne so far. Great food, good portion, and worth a visit!
